Job description

The Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for improving DLP policies across multiple tools and expanding the DLP Program coverage. Key skills include expertise in various DLP tools, data classification and risk management, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibility

• Serve as SME for DLP tools.
• Establish data discovery, classification, and inspection solutions.
• Keep infrastructure components updated with the latest patches and software versions.
• Expand DLP Program by defining processes and controls.
• Tune and enhance DLP policies.
• Execute discovery scans and drive incident remediation.
• Partner with teams to improve DLP processes.
• Support metrics and reporting for DLP Program.
• Contribute in Risk Management and Internal Audit discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with enterprise security solutions.
• Experience with DLP platforms and related tools like Forcepoint and Azure Information Protection.
• PCI/DSS knowledge.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, SANS, CEH are a plus.
