Job description

The Senior Cybersecurity Governance Officer is responsible for enhancing cybersecurity posture through governance, risk, and compliance, with a focus on India, and manages incidents and security policies. Required skills include experience in IT and OT cybersecurity governance, certifications like CISSP or CISM, and ability to work independently with strong communication skills.

Responsibility

• Be the subject matter expert on Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Raise awareness amongst Schneider Electric India Zone leadership.
• Execute security reviews, considering incidents, vulnerabilities, policies compliance, audits.
• Control and enforce security policies deployment and national security standards.
• Support and help animate a cybersecurity ecosystem program.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering/Science.
• Preferably an MSc or MBA.
• Five years of demonstrable professional experience in IT and OT Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance role.
• Preferably certification like CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
• Experience with projects in an international manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Familiarity with ICS/OT/IoT cybersecurity concepts.
• Fluent in English.
