Job description

Responsible for overseeing infrastructure systems including network, Zero Trust Segmentation, NGFW, NAC, and Load Balancing, this role involves identifying and resolving connectivity issues, and establishing security best practices. Candidates should exhibit technical excellence with infrastructure knowledge, particularly those with CCNP certifications, and an operational focus with the ability to respond to complex incidents.

Responsibility

• Demonstrating technical excellence.
• Creating and generating configuration changes.
• Responding to complex and technical incident response and trouble shooting.
• Playing a central role in tier 3 specialist incident response and resolution.
• Collaborating with vendor teams for complex incident response.
• Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of infrastructure knowledge.
• CCNP certifications preferred.
