Job description

The role of an Information Security Manager at Paytm Money involves leading security initiatives to protect digital assets and ensure compliance with industry standards. The position requires over 7 years of experience in information security, strong technical skills, and relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Responsibility

• Should take care of Infosec functions by coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Drive VAPT activity end to end.
• Attend all cyber security compliance directions issued from time to time by the regulator.
• Coordination with SOC & CISO team to follow up the incidents till closure.
• Follow escalation matrix for delayed issues.
• Assist in Internal and External Audits (Regulatory) and work towards closure of observations if any.
• Prepare and review new/existing policies, procedures.
• Should possess technical skills and knowledge to handle/manage security solutions if required.
• Exposure to Cloud Environment.
• Knowledge of Application Security is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in information security or related fields.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, tools, and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
