Job description

The job involves leading the implementation of the Secure Development Lifecycle framework, ensuring secure firmware design for Battery Management Systems, while incorporating cybersecurity technical requirements. Candidates should have experience with embedded firmware development, cybersecurity management certifications, and SDL practices.

Responsibility

• Understand and support Schneider's SDL for each project.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert to prioritize cybersecurity in Offer development process.
• Provide guidance to implement Secure Development Lifecycle practices.
• Ensure cybersecurity processes are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in managing vulnerability triage and ensure secure software environments.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance cybersecurity competencies.

Qualifications

• Standing Certification in Cybersecurity Management such as CISSP, CSSLP; and/or IEC 62443 Certified Specialist.
• Experience in an Engineering/R&D group following a Secure Development Lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to develop threat models and analyze threats.
• Experience with embedded SW/FW development.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with implementing security product/system development practices.
