Schneider Electric is seeking a Cybersecurity Advisor for its Energy Management Business CTO Cybersecurity Innovation & Architecture Team, responsible for the adoption and implementation of Secure Development Lifecycle framework and advising on cybersecurity technical requirements. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and impacting the security by design strategy.

Responsibility

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in the offer development process.
• Guide and coach in Secure Development Lifecycle practices like threat modeling and security testing.
• Collect metrics for data-driven cybersecurity strategies.
• Deploy cybersecurity functionalities according to standards like IEC62443.
• Ensure adherence to risk-driven cybersecurity processes.
• Manage vulnerability triage and resolution.
• Conduct internal audits and cybersecurity reviews.
• Perform data protection screenings.
• Facilitate cybersecurity training sessions.
• Monitor cybersecurity maturity and lifecycle-related goals.

Qualifications

• CISSP or CSSLP certification.
• IEC 62443 Certified Specialist.
• Experience with Secure Development Lifecycle and relevant standards.
• Understanding of security and privacy regulations.
• Ability to develop threat models.
• Experience with security code analysis tools.
• Background in domain-appropriate development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Project management or technical leadership skills.
