The Cyber Intelligence Specialist & Automation Expert is responsible for providing comprehensive support for cybersecurity services, understanding Cyber Defense requirements, and automating security solutions. Key skills include experience in Anti-malware, XDR, IPS/IDS, SaaS platforms, cloud providers, and developing automation scripts and APIs.

Responsibility

• Provide end-to-end support for cybersecurity services.
• Act as a liaison with Cyber Defense analysts and automate security solutions.
• Collaborate with Platform vendors for updates/patches.
• Test and implement vendor product upgrades.
• Provide technical direction and address security issues.
• Customize and implement security scans.
• Design and implement security policies for Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Develop APIs/scripts for automating tasks and workflows.
• Implement SRE for Platform services to enhance reliability.
• Implement ZeroTrust capabilities across devices.
• Integrate cyber security data sources with SIEM and SOAR in Chronicle.
• Maintain endpoint security systems in accordance with best practices.
• Respond to incidents and research new security technologies.

Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in engineering/computer applications.
• 5+ years of experience as a Security Engineer with a focus on tools like Trend Micro, Microsoft Defender, SentinelONE, or Crowdstrike.
• 2+ years of Experience in integrating various cyber security data sources with SIEM and SOAR.
• Working experience or knowledge in Server OS like Ubuntu, RHEL, or Windows
• 2+ years of experience in application/API development (Python Flask or FastAPI or Java or Node JS)
• Basic experience in JavaScript, HTML5,CSS, etc.
• Knowledge of GCP or Azure or AWS and configuring infrastructure using infrastructure-as-a-code libraries like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Understanding of Dev(Sec)Ops best practices highly advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Strong communication skills
