Responsible for the operations and maintenance of on-premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers, including installation, maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting operating environments. The role requires competencies in patching, security management, and the ability to work with emerging technologies while liaising with IT teams and vendors.

Responsibility

• Responsible for the operations and maintenance of on-premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers.
• Provides maintenance and support for all systems in scope.
• Installs, configures, and tests operating systems.
• Troubleshoots and conducts incident resolution.
• Liaises with other IT teams and third-party vendors.
• Develops and executes plans for patching.
• Maintains security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Develops capabilities on emerging technologies.
• Defines processes, conducts compliance and quality checks.
• Identifies opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
