Job description

This job involves consulting in ServiceNow applications to optimize operational efficiency for clients, requiring skills in analysis, implementation, training, and support. Responsibility

• Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with IAC User Guide and instructions.
• Maintain working knowledge of IAC User Guides.
• Monitor time and manage deadlines.
• Adhere to PwC IAC policies and procedures.
• Participate in training, coaching and other developmental opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications.
• ServiceNow certified system Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist.
• ServiceNow certified Application Developer.
