Job description

As a Senior Associate, you'll be working as part of a team to solve complex business issues, focusing on the implementation and customization of ServiceNow applications with the necessary skills in technical and functional design, JavaScript, and relational databases. The position also requires experience in ServiceNow implementations, creating and managing scripts and workflows, and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.

Responsibility

• Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with IAC User Guide and instructions as applied to engagement team work request submissions.
• Maintain working knowledge of IAC User Guides.
• Monitor time and manage deadlines.
• Adhere to PwC IAC policies and procedures.
• Participate in training, coaching and other developmental opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Applications/ B.Tech.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience on the ServiceNow tool as application developer.
• ServiceNow certified system Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist.
• ServiceNow certified Application Developer.
