The Senior Associate will help clients develop technology to improve operational efficiencies and integrate new systems, focusing on cybersecurity, risk & compliance, and other ServiceNow platform areas.

Responsibility

• Use feedback to develop self awareness and address development areas.
• Delegate tasks for stretch opportunities and coaching.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems.
• Extract insights from industry trends.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Communicate effectively and build quality relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Bachelor's degree, BE/BTech, MCA.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM/HR/GRC/VR/ITOM/SecOps.
